The Roads, Buildings and General Services Authority (BRAGSA) has conducted soil testing at the proposed Holiday Inn Express location in Diamond, East St. George.
Percolation tests were carried out to determine the water absorption rate of the soil.
The results of the test will be used to design the septic system.
Similar tests have been done for the newly proposed hospital building at the decommissioned E.T Joshua Airport, and the Diamond Athletics track.

Topsoil will absorb amazing amounts of water the problem is further in the ground where the system will leach grey water may very well be impervious clay. The test this young man is carrying out is a joke and is being done to deceive someone, but who?
Sticking all that grey water into the ground may well pollute water courses, end up in streams, poison people.
A hotel should be required to install a proper sewage disposal system. This is not a house, this is like several hundred houses concentrated in one small area.
