The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force is appealing to
members of the public to take the issue of security very seriously.
This appeal was made by Head of the Telecommunications Department
of the Police Force, Sergeant Olsen Rodney.

Sergeant Rodney says they have observed a trend where people continue
to make prank calls on the Police Emergency line and he is appealing to
    persons to stop doing this.

He says these prank calls Scan occupy the Police’s time and it could
prevent persons, who are genuinely in need of help, from gaining access
to the various departments of the Police Force.
