    Work to continue on Geothermal Energy project this week -Gonsalves

    Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves says a significant amount of work will continue on the Geothermal Energy project.

    He made this statement during a Rally which was held to celebrate the ULP’s 18th Anniversary in Government in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, thursday evening at Heritage Square.

    As part of the March and Rally members and supporters of the ULP gathered at the Party’s Headquarters and proceed with a March around Kingstown.

    This concluded with a Celebration Rally at Heritage Square.

    Delivering the featured address at the Celebration Rally Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves said on Monday a vessel will arrive in the state carrying the Drill Rig which will be used for the Geothermal Energy project.

    He says when the vessel arrives, one hundred containers will have to be moved from Kingstown to Rabacca to be used as part of the Geothermal Energy project.

    He says a lot of work will be done in relation to the Geothermal Energy project, next week and he is encouraging Vincentians to work along with the professionals on this matter.
