St. Vincent and the Grenadines has been commended with other countries
in the region for the work they have been doing to enhance regional
security.
The commendation came from the Military Deputy Commander of the
U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), Lieutenant General Mike
Plehn.
He made the commendation during a Meeting of the Council of
Ministers of the Regional Security System (RSS) held here last week.
Last week’s meeting of the Council of Ministers of the RSS was chaired
by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves, in his capacity as outgoing
Chairman of the Council.
