GROS ISLET, Saint Lucia — The Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League (CPL) has announced Flow as an official partner for the upcoming tournament, strengthening ties between two brands that have become household names across the Caribbean.
The partnership brings together the region’s premier T20 cricket competition and one of its leading telecommunications providers, with both organizations aiming to enhance fan engagement and connectivity throughout the tournament.
CPL officials said the collaboration will help deliver an improved experience for cricket fans across the Caribbean, providing greater access to tournament content and creating new opportunities for supporters to connect with the action both inside stadiums and through digital platforms.
Commercial Director of the Caribbean Premier League, Jamie Stewart, welcomed the agreement, describing Flow as a company synonymous with connectivity and innovation throughout the region.
“Flow is a brand that is synonymous with connectivity and innovation across the Caribbean, and we are delighted to welcome them as a partner of the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League,” Stewart said. “Their commitment to delivering exceptional experiences aligns perfectly with our vision for the CPL, and we look forward to working together to bring fans even closer to the action.”
Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Caribbean, Inge Smidts, said the partnership reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting regional sporting events that unite Caribbean people.
“Cricket in the Caribbean is part of our identity, our culture, and our collective rhythm as a region,” Smidts said. “Our partnership with the Caribbean Premier League reflects our continued commitment to investing in the moments that unite us as a people.”
Smidts noted that the agreement builds on Flow’s involvement in major international cricket events, including its role as Official Telecommunications Partner of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2024.
“We are proud to support a platform that celebrates Caribbean talent, connects millions of fans, and showcases the energy and excellence of our region on the global stage,” she added.
Liberty Caribbean operates Flow, Liberty Business and BTC throughout the region.
The CPL continues to grow as one of the world’s leading T20 cricket leagues, combining elite international competition with Caribbean culture, entertainment and fan engagement. Officials believe the addition of Flow as an official partner will further strengthen the tournament’s ability to deliver world-class experiences to supporters across the Caribbean and beyond.
