    SVG top medal count in DOLPHIN GYMNASTICS COCONUT CLASSIC 2020

    The old Mustique Airways Hanger, located at the decommissioned ET Joshua Airport was full of excitement as St. Vincent and the Grenadines saw the execution of two Gymnastics competitions; Interschool Gymnastics – Friday 21st and Dolphin Gymnastics Coconut Classic – Saturday 22nd February, 2020.

    This year saw the addition of the first ever Interschool Gymnastics Competition amongst one hundred and seventy five (175) enthusiastic students from Five (5) from Primary Schools with results as follows:

    · First Place – Windsor Primary School

    · Second Place – Sugar Mill Primary School

    · Third Place – Mustique Primary School

    · Fourth Place – Kingstown Preparatory School

    · Fifth Place – St. Mary’s Primary School

    The highlight of the weekend was the Dolphin Gymnastics Coconut Classic which saw a total of sixty seven (67) Gymnasts and six (6) Coaches competing from six (6) teams across Antigua & Bermuda, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. St. Vincent and the Grenadines was represented by two teams, Dolphin Gymnastics and Mustique.

    Gymnasts competed on Vaulting Table, Uneven Parallel Bars, Balance Beam and Floor Exercise. The competition was open to Level 1 through Level 9.

    The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Gymnastics Association takes this opportunity to congratulations all the participants on a great performance over the weekend and extends gratitude to all the Sponsors; Digicel Group, American Fresh, Coreas Hazell Inc, Premium Products, St. Vincent and the Grenadines Olympic Committee, Olly’s Furnishing Ltd., National Lottery Authority, Tus- T Water, Kingstown Fish Market, Blue Lagoon, Sunrise Supermarket, Botanical Gardens, NEMO and All the Parents and Supporters who contributed to the event, making it a great success. We look forward to an even bigger ‘Dolphin Gymnastics Coconut Classic’ 2021.
