Police arrested and charged Sheldon Moses, a 31-year-old Gardener of Vermont, for the offense of Wounding.
According to investigations, on the 23.10.2018 about 6:50 pm, Moses allegedly wounded a 53-year-old Farmer of New Montrose by striking him on his head with an unknown object
