Thirty-two-year-old Eugene Noel of Belair has been found guilty of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl.
At the end of the trial nine-member jury on Tuesday found Noel, a former policeman, guilty of the 6 charges of unlawful intercourse with a girl under the age of 13
A nine-member jury at the end of a trial before the High Court on Tuesday found former police constable Eugene Noel guilty of charges of unlawful sex.
Noel, 32, was slapped with 6 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl below the age of 13.
The charges stemmed from his sexual encounters with the girl on January 13th, 2014, when he had sex with her once on that day, February 3rd when he had sex with her three times, and February 14th when he had sex with her twice.
The girl was in her school uniform on each occasion he had sex with her.
The former police constable has been remanded into custody pending a social inquiry report and is expected to be sentenced on December 7th, 2018.

Waiting to see this sentencing cause this isn’t his first time, this man is a predator, when he was a cop he tried it with my daughter but no one believed her but God will give justice .. He needs to be made an example of…. Perv!
How many more teenagers this ex-cop had sex with before this teenager. This surely not the first time he did have sex with a child so young it is definitely wrong, he is a very dangerous man to be around children at his age. He should pay for what he did he is bold to do what he did, you do the crime you do the time and a very long one to send a message to others. He take advantage of this young child not even close to his age he could be her father what is in the dark must come to light you fool. Hope you change your dirty ways after you are out of prison that is if you are willing to change you have a problem with young girls..Yes you Mr. Ex-police man.
