Police have arrested and charged Kevin Richards, a 25-year old Labourer of Villa with the offence of wounding.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly unlawfully and maliciously wounded a 41-year old Labourer of the same address, by stabbing him about his body with a knife. The incident occurred at Villa about 10:15am on 21st December, 2018.
Richards appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail in the sum of $2000.00XCD with one surety. He was ordered to reappear before the Calliaqua Magistrate Court on February, 18th 2019 for trial.
