    Suspect in New Year’s Day shooting in custody.

    Police officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting of 34 year old Damien Mason of Ottley Hall. The incident occurred on New Years Day.

    Mason was allegedly approached by a lone gunman, who shot him on his right hand. The incident reportedly occurred in the vicinity of the Ottley Hall Public Bath about 8:53pm.

    The gunman was later identified as Colin Jack, who is now in police custody and assisting in investigations.
