An appeal has been made for Vincentians and other Caribbean Nationals to support the CARICOM movement as it aims to ensure better quality of life for all people within the region.
This appeal was made by Deputy Secretary General of CARICOM, Man-orma Soek-andan last week as they wrapped up the Results-Based Management (RBM) Sensitization Seminar which was hosted by the Regional Integration and Diaspora Unit at the Foreign Affairs Conference Room.
Miss Soek-andan said the RBM was a response to the need to focus on a few practical and achievable goals, in relation to the regional development agenda.
She says they want people within the region to work closer with CARICOM so that more development can take place within the Caribbean.
She is also appealing to the Governments within the region to fast-track the implementation of the RBM Policy.
