The Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines signed a
Memorandum of Understanding with regional Seafood exporter,
Rainforest Seafoods on Wednesday April 10th 2019

Under the agreement within the next 12 months Rainforest Seafoods will
establish a Fish packaging facility at Calliaqua.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prime Minister Dr. Ralph
Gonsalves says when Rainforest Seafoods starts operating in St. Vincent
and the Grenadines it will complement the work the Government is
already doing to ensure further growth in the country’s fisheries sector.

CEO of Rainforest Seafoods Brian Jardim says they are ready to start
working because St. Vincent and the Grenadines represents a very
    important market for them.
