    Registration now open for Ragga Soca and Soca semifinals

    Registration Forms for the 2019 Ragga Soca and Soca Semi Finals are now available from the Carnival Development Corporation’s (CDC) Office at Victoria Park.

    A release from the CDC said the Soca Semis are scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 22.

    The closing date for registration is Tuesday June 11 and the selection of the semifinalists would be done on Wednesday June 12 at the Victoria Park at 6:00 pm.

    All registration forms must be accompanied by a copy of the song on a CD, which should be ready for airplay.

    The reigning Ragga Soca monarch is Fimber ‘Fimba’ Jardine while Delroy Fireman Hooper is the reigning Soca Monarch.
