35-year-old woman of Long Wall, Cane Garden, will know her fate on July 19, in connection with the May 28, 2015 death of Cameron ‘Dotcom’ Primus, former co-owner of the ‘3 House’ Bar at Arnos Vale.
Laretta Richardson had originally pleaded not guilty to murder, but when the matter was called at the High Court Criminal Assizes on Tuesday, she pleaded guilty to manslaughter, while maintaining her not guilty plea to murder.
The Prosecution, led by Crown Counsel Rene Simmonds, accepted the plea, and Justice Brian Cottle adjourned sentencing.
Primus’s body, with bullet wounds, including one to the head, was discovered at Walker Piece, New Montrose, in the early morning hours of May 28, 2015.
Attorney Patricia Marks-Minors is representing Richardson.
