Please be advised that the Youlou Pan Movement held their biennial convention on Sunday 15th September, 2019 at the Girl Guides Headquarters. The whole day event, saw a team building exercise and Guest Speaker Hon. René Baptiste in the morning and general elections in the afternoon, for a new executive to run a two-year term.
