ANN has received a report of an alleged drowning that took place on the Balliceaux island this afternoon. The deceased is a 79 year old man from Bequia, who lives in England. The deceased was staying in St Vincent and the Grenadines on vacation. Attempts were made to resuscitate the body, to no avail. Members of the coastguard left Mustique with the body to bring to mainland a short while ago . The name of the deceased has been withheld until the members of the family have been notified.
