Speaking at the opening, President of the SVGFF Mr. Carl Dickson
encouraged the players to take full advantage of the opportunity that
is before them as this program can significantly enhance their lives.

It is the Federation’s goal to produce well rounded players who will be
able to effortlessly represent themselves, and their country wherever they may go.

General Coordinator of the program and Female Development
Officer, Ms. Tonicsia Baptiste expressed her satisfaction with the
overwhelming support that has been received from the parents and
the mentors thus far and applauded the mentors for buying into the
Female Committee and the SVGFF’s vision of improving the lives of its
players by giving of their time, effort and energy.

The event had a few activities done by General Secretary Devron E
Poyer. One such activity dealt with budgeting and had the mentors
providing guidance to the girls as it relates to how they should be
allocating funds on a monthly basis.

The yearlong program is expected to reap great rewards as the SVGFF
continues to strive towards enhancing the woman and the woman’s
    game.
