    Visits to inmates at prisons would resume as of Monday 31st

    The public is asked to note that the Superintendent of Prisons has

    advised that visits to inmates in the prison would resume on Monday

    31st August, 2020. In keeping with the prevention of the spread of

    Covid-19, the following protocols have been established and MUST be

    adhered to.

     ALL visitors to inmates MUST wear a mask upon entry onto the

    prison compound.

     All visitors are to utilize the wash and sanitizing facility stationed

    at the prison entrance before entry.

     No more than six persons would be allowed to sit in the waiting

    area prior to visiting.

     Only one person would be allowed to visit an inmate at any given

    time.

     ALL inmates would be allowed one visit per week.

     Each visit would be for no more than ten minutes.

     Visits would be done through appointments only.
