BFN -Prime Minister Dr Hon Ralph Gonsalves has moments ago announced that his wife Eloise Gonsalves is facing a potentially debilitating condition.

He said that “she can end up in a wheel chair” while speaking on NBC radio St. Vincent and the Grenadines this morning.

“We will find out more, but one hopes for the best”.

He reported to the nation that there is a cyst on her spine that “they have known for months now”. The family has consulted with a neurosurgeon in Cuba, Trinidad and Tobago and a top American of Indian descent neurosurgeon who works in Boston.

Prime Minister Gonsalves has also announced that he will travel to the USA next weekend to deal with family matters including visiting the US based neurosurgeon.

“I have to be strong for them, for those around me, for my staff and the country”.

Dr Gonsalves also said that his son Adam is also facing a critical medical condition.

“Sometimes people, you can’t involve in lamentations, there are persons in far worse situations”.

Mrs. Eloise Gonsalves can do it! Ride the tide, as with Faith all things are possible. These medical encounters make us stronger and more grounded with God. I truly believe in miracles. Mr. PM, I rebuke wheel chair in the name of Jesus! Just as I told the Surgeon some 15 years ago following my rolling down 14 step stair-case factoring my Coccyx (could have hardly lifted my feet) and overcame all odds. Just 3 years ago having been in intensive care for several days with a brain hemorrhage, still undiagnosed. Please, when you put your Prayer in God’s Mighty Hand, just put your TRUST on your request. That Praise and Worship last Sunday was very UPLIFTING…. God’s People say Amen
