Why is this news, it is what governments are supposed to do, it may be a miracle that the ULP government undertook this project. But they have to do lots of such projects when there is an upcoming election and they want to put something fresh in the minds of people. They do nothing for four years, people suffering, no jobs, not enough food on the table. Then wham! the elections are looming lets do a project that people will remember because they will walk on it every day, lets fool the ignorant again.
