The United Progressive Party will be changing its official party color from “Purple” to “Blue” effective on the 15th of October 2020.

The following color was decided on by the party chair, as it best focuses on our political ideology.

We believe in democracy! Democracy is about people. The people who live in a democracy are free to choose their leaders, speak their minds, and live in peace. At least, that’s the ideal—one that can be challenging to realize in our complex and polarized world. Indeed, it’s often said that democracy is the most challenging form of government.

As you may know, we’ve suspended our 2020 campaign on the 3rd of October 2020. Mark J.N Doyle, the party chair, announced that the UPP would contest in 2025 instead; for 2020, he expressed support for the New Democratic Party over the incumbent Unity Labour Party.

Your vote is really important. Your vote can change the future. Don’t make the vote about yourself. Vote to secure a brighter future for the next generations. You matter, your vote matters, please use it wisely!
