Five (5) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported fromtwo hundred and twenty-one (221)samples processed on Thursday May 13th, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 2.3%.Four (4) of the five (5)new cases are linked to emergency shelters.
Three (3) new COVID-19 positive cases were reported from one hundred and thirty-two(132) samples processed on Friday May 14th, 2021, resulting in a positivity rate of 2.3%. One (1) of the three (3) new cases is linked to emergency shelters.
Five (5) new recoveries were noted over the reporting period. One hundred and fifty-four (154)cases are currently active and twelve (12) persons with COVID-19 have died. One thousand, nine hundred and forty (1940) cases of COVID-19 and seventeen hundred and seventy-four(1774) recoveries have been recorded in St. Vincent and the Grenadines since March 2020.
