    13 local based athletes for Carifta games

    13 athletes have been confirmed from trials here at home last weekend, to represent St. Vincent & the Grenadines at the 2022 Carifta Games to be held in Jamaica, form April 16th 60 18th. The Under 17category will see Shonte Matthias in the girls 100m and 200m, and the boys are
    Keo Davis in the 200m
    Kodi Grant – Long Jump
    Jahieme Harry – 400m
    Zacri Sobers – 400m
    A.J. Delpesche will also travel to make up a 4×400 relay team.

    In the Under 20 age group, Grenisha Thomas will be in the girls 400m Hurdles, and the boys events will see Kyle Lawrence in the 100m and 200m and Devonric Mac in the 200m. They will join athletes already based in Jamaica who have also made qualifying standards,
    These are Amal Glasgow in the 400m, Uroy Ryan Ryan in the Long and High Jump, Verrol Sam in the High Jump and Pole Vault, and Nellie Ambriton in the 800m.
