Decomposing body found in Richmond Hill
The decomposing body of a female was this morning discovered in a gutter in Richmond Hill.

In a SVGTV report a passer-by said he came upon the bag from which a foul smell was emanating and became suspicious. He says he touched the bag and it felt like a hand, he said he then told others who were close by that it felt like a body was in the bag. He further stated that he took a razor and cut the bag and discovered a hand sticking up and then he saw the head in the bag.

The identity of the discovered body is unclear at the moment, but sources say that the body appears to be between the ages of sixteen and twenty. There is said to be stab wounds to the chest and hands and the face was unrecognizable because of the state of decomposition.

The matter is still being investigated and ANN will update as information comes to hand.
