    EIGHTEEN CHOIRS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2022 POLICE CHRISTMAS CAROLING CONTEST

    The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) Christmas Caroling Contest will take place on Friday December 16, 2022 at the Central Police Station under the theme “Its caroling time agen”. The event will commence at 7:00 pm.


    Since 2003, the Police Christmas Caroling Contest has been playing an invaluable and instrumental role in fostering a more harmonious relationship between members of the Constabulary and the general public.
    The aims of the contest are:
    To nurture the creative abilities of members of the Force

    Foster and enhance team spirit among members


    Strengthen relations with the public and;
    Assist in building a celebratory atmosphere during the festive season.

    Eighteen (18) choirs will participate in this year’s contest – eight (8) in the senior category and ten (10) in the junior category. The Traffic Angels and the Calliaqua Police Youth Club Carolers are the defending champions in the respective categories.
    The winner of this year’s contest will receive cash and other prizes and will represent the RSVGPF in the Ministerial Christmas Caroling Concert scheduled for Saturday December 17, 2022, at the Botanical Gardens.
    There will be guest appearances from several exciting artistes, the Gazetted Officers’ Choir and much more. Music will be provided by the undisputed Police Band.
