    Police seeking public’s assistance in shopkeeper’s shooting death

    Members of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines police force are investigating the circumstances that led to the death of 47-year-old businessman Micheal Richards.

    According to reports, Richards, who is originally from Otley Hall, was standing in the doorway of his shop in Queens Drive when two men in hoodies shot several times about his body.

    When police arrived on the scene they found Richards lying on the ground, and he was then pronounced dead by the District Medical Officer upon arrival.

    A postmortem examination is expected to be carried out on the body to ascertain the exact cause of death.
