On 21 October 2023, a publication was posted alleging that Father Emmanuel of the Roman Catholic Church was in police custody in connection to a rape allegation.
This information came to us from sources which are usually reliable but this turned out to be untrue. We therefore fully and unreservedly retract the publication and apologize to Father Emmanuel for any loss, damage, costs, hurt or offence caused by the publication.
