The Georgetown Modern Medical and Diagnostic Centre is the beneficiary of a number of medical supplies from the St. Matthias Charity Inc.
The supplies which were donated on Friday, December 29, include polyethylene gowns, gloves, ambu bags, surgical masks, endotracheal tube, water resistance band aid, compression bandages and crutches, among other medical items.

He noted that as someone who grew up in Dickson Village, giving back to the Georgetown community is something he always wanted to do. Matthias expressed gratitude to the donors in New York who made it possible for him to donate the items to the facility.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Wellness and the Environment Cuthbert Knights said the St. Mathias Charity Inc. is a consistent donor to the Ministry of Heath and he thanked them for their contributions over the years. He said the items donated today will be put to excellent use to ensure the continued delivery of quality healthcare at the Modern Medical and Diagnostic Center.
