    At the recently concluded Whitsuntide Games, High performance club delivered a stellar performance, marking a significant milestone in our athletic history. Demonstrating remarkable prowess and determination, our athletes clinched a total of 14 medals, including two noteworthy combined relay medals, underscoring our competitive edge and athletic depth.Our medal tally boasted an impressive 2 Golds, 9 Silvers, and 3 Bronzes, reflecting the hard work and dedication of our athletes and coaching staff. Here are the highlights of our medalists:KeKenesha Richards – U-17 100m – Romual James – Open Men’s 100m – 磊Ariel Stephens – U-17 400m – Kirk Hamblet – Open Men’s Discus & Shot Put – Shykenia Francis – U-17 Girls 100m & 200m – Kessian John – Open Women’s 3000m – Aron Francois – U-11 Boys 80m – Simon James – Open Men’s 800m – 賂Cadique Stephens – Open Men’s Javelin & Triple Jump – U-17 Girls 4x100m Relay – 雷 (Garcia, Shykenia, Bushay, Kenesha)Open Men’s 4x100m Relay – KeKenesha Richards and Romual James dazzled the crowd with their gold-medal performances in the U-17 100m and Open Men’s 100m respectively, setting the tone for our club’s success.

    The U-17 Girls 4x100m relay team, comprising Garcia, Shykenia, Bushay, and Kenesha, showed immense teamwork and resilience, earning a commendable bronze.Kirk Hamblet and Cadique Stephens showcased their versatility and strength by securing multiple silvers in the field events, further emphasizing the breadth of talent within our club. Shykenia Francis continued to impress with her dual silver victories in the U-17 Girls 100m and 200m, highlighting her as a rising star.The dedication of our athletes is matched only by the relentless support of our management staff.
