    Conductor Pleads Guilty to Damaging Government Property

    On September 6, 2024, Eldon Garraway, a 23-year-old conductor from Prospect, was arrested and charged with Damage to Property. Garraway allegedly damaged a government-owned motorcycle (registration number G-1182) on September 4, 2024, by pushing it to the ground, causing $215.55 ECC worth of damage. He pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on September 9, 2024. The court adjourned the matter to September 10, 2024, for sentencing, while Garraway remains on station bail.
