    Calvert Jones from St. Vincent and the Grenadines was among the distinguished individuals knighted during the 2024 Investiture Ceremony of the Knights of Malta, held in Valletta, Malta.

    His recognition highlights his significant contributions to community leadership, humanitarian work, and dedication to the core values of the Knights of Malta and the Federation of the Autonomous Priories (KMFAP).

    Jones’s knighthood is a testament to his exemplary moral values, advocacy for justice, and ongoing commitment to charitable work and youth leadership, particularly within the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). His efforts have positively impacted St. Vincent and the wider region, making him a deserving recipient of this prestigious honor.


    In an interview with ANN, Sir Calvert McAllister Jones expressed, “It’s an honour to be the recipient of such a prestigious award.” He emphasized his commitment to continuing his humanitarian efforts and leadership within St. Vincent and the wider Caribbean community.
