Piarco, Trinidad and Tobago, October 18, 2024 – Caribbean Airlines has announced the introduction of a new non-stop service connecting Suriname and Guyana, set to commence on November 3, 2024. The airline will operate twice-weekly flights, every Friday and Sunday, between Eugene F. Correia International Airport (Ogle) in Guyana and Johan Adolf Pengel International Airport in Suriname, using its ATR 72-600 aircraft.
This new route is part of Caribbean Airlines’ strategic focus on improving regional connectivity and addressing customer demand. Flights will depart Ogle at 9:55 AM on Sundays and 10:45 AM on Fridays, arriving in Suriname just over two hours later. The return flights are scheduled for 12:50 PM on Sundays and 1:50 PM on Fridays.
