Carriere Labourer charged with Assault

On November 25, 2024, police arrested and charged Tishani Mars, a 24-year-old Labourer of Carriere, with the offence of Assault.
Investigations revealed that the accused assaulted a minor of Cane End by striking her about her body with her hands.
The offence was committed in Cane End on November 22, 2024.
Mars was granted station bail in the sum of $1,500.00 ECC with one surety. He is expected to appear before the Mesopotamia Magistrate Court on December 5, 2024, to answer to the charge.
