Kingstown, St. Vincent – December 1, 2024: A third victim has succumbed to injuries sustained in the fatal shooting that rocked Paul’s Avenue during the early hours of Saturday, November 30, 2024.

The incident initially claimed the lives of Mr. Laurence Warren, also known as “Bolo,” a 53-year-old cart-man from Paul’s Avenue, and Mr. Don Ashton, a 44-year-old laborer from Ottley Hall. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals were rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital for emergency treatment. Tragically, one of the critically injured victims later died, bringing the death toll to three.

The identities of the third victim and the surviving individual have not yet been disclosed. The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is continuing its investigation into the shooting, with post-mortem examinations expected to determine the exact causes of death.

The RSVGPF has appealed to the public for assistance in their investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Control at (784) 457-1211 or the Criminal Investigations Department/Major Crimes Unit at (784) 456-1810. The police have assured that all tips will be handled with strict confidentiality.
