Kenna Questelles Announces Bid for West St. George in 2025 Elections, Calls for “Less Talking and More Action”

Kenna V. Questelles, a prominent entrepreneur and management professional, has officially announced her candidacy for the West St. George constituency in the upcoming elections, constitutionally due by 2025.

Born in Middle Road, Belair, and raised in Fairbaine Pasture, Questelles is no stranger to the community she now seeks to represent. Known for her innovative approaches to addressing Saint Vincent and the Grenadines’ pressing challenges, Questelles has gained recognition both regionally and internationally for her impactful work.

“It is time for less talking and more action,” said Questelles in her announcement. She expressed confidence in her ability to drive the positive changes West St. George needs, citing years of dedication to societal betterment.

Questelles first stepped onto the political stage in 2022, serving as Vice President of the New Democratic Party’s (NDP) Women’s Arm and as Pro Tempore President of the West St. George Women’s Group. While she is no longer affiliated with the NDP, she has continued her mission to uplift the constituency, working alongside residents, entrepreneurs, and farmers.

One of her notable recent initiatives is the “Replanting100 Project,” aimed at combating citrus greening, a critical issue in the agricultural sector. “West St. George has been neglected for far too long,” Questelles remarked. “This constituency deserves a representative who leads with integrity and genuinely prioritizes the development of its people beyond self-gain and tokenism.”

Questelles is rallying support to “bring life back into the communities” of West St. George and ensure the constituency “rises to its fullest potential.” She has pledged to work hand in hand with the people to address their concerns and drive sustainable progress.

Questelles would run as independent candidate
