On December 18, 2024, 20-year-old Seedric Patterson, a labourer of Campden Park, was arrested and charged with three offences: Insulting Language, Resisting Arrest, and Assaulting a Police Officer.

According to police reports, the charges stem from an incident at the Campden Park Port on November 18, 2024. Patterson allegedly used the insulting phrase, “You ah Bullerman,” in a public setting. When PC 1123 Sydney Thoman attempted to arrest him, Patterson reportedly resisted and subsequently assaulted the officer, who was executing his lawful duties.
