    “RSVGPF Investigates Fountain Homicide with Suspect in Custody and Kelbourney Shooting Death”

    The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) is actively investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in Fountain around 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025.

    Preliminary reports indicate that Andrew Williams, a 41-year-old resident of Fountain, sustained two gunshot wounds to the right side of his torso. Despite being rushed to the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital for emergency treatment, Williams succumbed to his injuries.

    Police promptly responded to the scene upon receiving reports and secured several pieces of evidence, which are being processed to aid the investigation. A suspect is currently in custody and is assisting with inquiries. A post-mortem examination will determine the precise cause of death.

    Update: Police Investigating Homicide in Kelbourney

    The RSVGPF also provides an update on the investigation into the death of Glenroy Fraser, a 38-year-old sub-contractor from Questelles and Canada.

    According to a post-mortem report, Fraser died from a gunshot wound to the head. On December 28, 2024, at approximately 1:30 a.m., police responded to a report of a vehicle found over an embankment in Kelbourney. Upon arrival, Fraser was discovered inside the vehicle with his hands and feet bound.

    The scene was processed by the Crime Scene Unit, which recovered multiple exhibits, including a spent shell and a rental SUV. Several persons of interest are currently assisting the RSVGPF with their inquiries.
