The Bickles All Leewards Relay Classic 2025 at Victoria Park showcased outstanding performances from primary and secondary schools across the All Leeward area.

In the Primary School Division, Layou Government School (LGS) claimed victory with an impressive 188 points, edging out Questelles Government School (QGS), who secured second place with 178 points. Barrouallie Government School (BGS) followed closely in third with 150 points, while Chateaubelair Methodist School (CMS) placed fourth with 146 points. Rounding off the standings were Barrouallie Anglican School (BAS) in fifth with 122 points, and Clare Valley Government School (CVGS) in sixth with 48 points.

In the Secondary School Division, Barrouallie Secondary School (BSS) emerged as the top-performing team, leading the rankings. They were closely followed by Troumaca Ontario Secondary School (TOSS), Bethel High School (BHS), Petit Bordel Secondary School (PBSS), and Buccament Bay Secondary School (BBSS).

In a heartfelt gesture, Barrouallie Secondary School announced that they would be putting their winnings towards supporting Alia McDowall, a student and top athlete who was tragically stabbed in an incident last year. Sports Coordinator Chester Morgan shared with ANN, “She is an integral part of our team, and we must support her during her recovery.” Alia’s resilience and contributions to the school’s athletics team have made her a beloved figure, and the school is determined to stand by her as she continues her healing journey.

The event celebrated the athleticism and determination of students from the All Leeward area, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the interschool meet in both divisions.
