The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Football Federation (SVGFF) has issued a strong statement reaffirming its zero-tolerance policy towards violence and abuse against referees, match officials, and all stakeholders involved in football. To safeguard the well-being of officials, the SVGFF will continue to enforce strict security protocols, with security personnel stationed at all venues. Any breaches of conduct will result in firm disciplinary action according to the federation’s regulations.

The federation urged clubs, players, and supporters to maintain the values of respect and sportsmanship, ensuring football remains a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. The SVGFF expressed solidarity with the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Referees Association (SVGRA) and called on all football enthusiasts to do the same.
