Nelson Hillocks, Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, has announced that there will be an all-inclusive drinks party stand at the Gold Cup match between St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Jamaica on Friday, June 21, at Arnos Vale Stadium. This initiative is in collaboration with Hot 97.1 and aims to enhance the game-day experience for fans.
Providing updates on the game’s preparations, Hillocks encouraged Vincentians to come out and support Vincy Heat. He revealed that tickets are selling fast, with early bird tickets already sold out and half of the stadium’s capacity already filled.
“I don’t want to create alarm, but we have fewer tickets left to sell than what we have already sold,” Hillocks stated, highlighting the strong promotional and marketing efforts for the match.
Fans can expect top-tier entertainment and an electric atmosphere. “The riddim section will be in the tall stand, which is almost sold out,” he added. Hillocks is confident that Vincy Heat will take the lead at home before heading to Jamaica.
