Meanwhile, as the CED continues to execute its Technical Assistance for Men’s Employment and Entrepreneurship (TAMEED) Project, participants will tomorrow (9 April) be engaged in a personal development session.

The workshop takes place at the UWI Campus at 9:00 a.m. and will be facilitated by business consultant and lecturer, Dr. Julian Ferdinand.

Following this, the project will continue with business management skills workshops, including financial management modules in Recordkeeping, Costing and Pricing, and the Lean Canvas business model. They would also be exposed to training in Human Resource Management Skills for Small Businesses, among others.

TAMEED is a six-month project funded by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Its objective is to empower men by equipping them with the necessary skills, resources, and guidance to achieve sustainable employment and entrepreneurial success.
