April 29, 2025 – Kingstown: Police have arrested and charged Kenroy Robinson, a 30-year-old mason of Lower Questelles, with Damage to Property and Wounding following an incident on April 28.
Investigations reveal that Robinson allegedly smashed the front windshield of motor vehicle R-8355, valued at EC$1,450.00, using his right hand. The vehicle belongs to a 54-year-old resident of New Montrose. He is also accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding the same man by striking him in the ribs with a piece of steel.
Robinson appeared before the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court on April 29, where he pleaded not guilty. He was granted composite bail of EC$2,750.00 with one surety and ordered not to contact the complainant. Additional conditions include reporting to the Questelles Police Station every Monday and seeking court approval to leave the state.
The matter has been adjourned to January 1, 2026, for trial.
