Kingstown, St. Vincent – St. Vincent Electricity Services Limited (VINLEC) has officially launched its annual Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Awareness Month with the opening of the 2025 EHS Poster Competition. This year’s theme, “AI in Action – Transforming Safety, Protecting Lives,” invites students from Grade 1 to Form 5 across St. Vincent and the Grenadines to creatively illustrate how artificial intelligence can enhance electrical safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Entries can be submitted in digital or physical formats, and cash prizes will be awarded in both primary and secondary school categories. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, 28th May 2025. VINLEC is urging teachers, parents, and guardians to support students in participating. Full guidelines are available at: www.vinlec.com/contents/ehs-poster-competition-2025.

The initiative reflects VINLEC’s ongoing commitment to safety, wellness, and environmental responsibility.
