Vincentian national Adriel Francois has been named the recipient of the Odgers Prize, one of the highest distinctions awarded by the Cranfield School of Management in the United Kingdom. The honour is presented annually to the MBA candidate who demonstrates the greatest potential for a highly successful career in management.
Francois joins an elite group of previous winners that includes Andy Bond, former CEO of Asda, and Kester Scrope, CEO of Odgers Berndtson. The Odgers Prize is awarded based on a candidate’s leadership ability, communication skills, clarity of vision, and resilience – qualities that Adriel displayed throughout his time in the programme.
In announcing the award, Richard Love, Managing Director of Berwick Partners, a division of Odgers Berndtson, praised Francois for his “exceptional strategic thinking, calm leadership, and deep commitment to building inclusive, values-driven organisations.”
Adriel’s success marks a proud moment for St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Francois has been recognised for not only excelling academically but also for actively contributing to team growth, navigating complex business challenges, and inspiring peers from across the globe.
Francois expressed his gratitude upon receiving the award:
