“From Chaos to Clarity: Solaris Vows to Do Better”

This year, Solaris 2025 was set to be our biggest celebration yet. The vibes were electric. The music was magic. The sunrise? Pure bliss. But beneath the surface of that golden morning, not everything shone as brightly.

For many, the experience fell short — and we hear you.

The new cashless system introduced by our ticketing partner didn’t just miss the mark — it missed the entire field. Despite all our planning and meetings, they were understaffed and unprepared. What was meant to make things easier turned into long lines, delays, and frustration. While we didn’t control that system directly, we take full responsibility. That’s on us.

The rain didn’t help. Neither did the pressure backstage. And yes — some of you, especially those who bought premium packages, felt let down. We saw it. We felt it. We are truly sorry.

But even in the chaos, something beautiful happened. You danced. You laughed. You told us it was still one of the best mornings you’ve had in a long time. Our artistes gave their all, and your energy reminded us why Solaris exists.

To those who showed patience, understanding, and love — thank you. You know the standard we hold ourselves to, and we promise: this year wasn’t it.

Solaris 2025 taught us more than we ever imagined. About technology. About expectations. About grace. About community. And maybe the biggest lesson of all? If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.

The next Solaris won’t be perfect. But one thing’s for sure:

    IT. WON’T. BE. THIS.

We’re working through refund requests one by one. Emails will be answered. Your concerns will not be ignored. Just give us a little time as the carnival season rolls on.

We’re not giving up. We’re only getting better.
