Kingstown, SVG – July 15, 2025 – The Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force has laid several charges against individuals for various offences, including assault, property damage, theft, and drug trafficking.

    Customs Broker Reprimanded
    Michael Browne, a 34-year-old customs broker from Kingstown Park, was charged with taking conveyance and damaging three mag rims valued at $250 EC. He pleaded guilty and was reprimanded and discharged.

    Assault with Steel Bar
    Ozinina Samuel, a 35-year-old bartender of Redemption Sharpes, was charged with assaulting a 27-year-old labourer. She pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of $2,000 EC. Trial is set for March 3, 2026.

    Bottle Attack in Kingstown
    Elmore Mc Fee, 28, of Carriere, was charged with wounding a 48-year-old man with a glass bottle. Although he pleaded guilty, the court entered a not guilty plea and adjourned the matter to July 22 at the Calliaqua Magistrate’s Court.

    Fair Hall Labourer Faces Theft, Assault Charges
    20-year-old Jahmarie Payne was charged with stealing items valued at over $2,000 EC and assaulting a Troumaca man. He denied the charges and was released on $1,500 EC bail. The case was adjourned to March 17, 2026.

    Man Damages Laptop, Glass Fixtures
    Jefforn Nanton, 45, of Welcome, was charged with two counts of property damage involving a sliding window, door glass panes, and a laptop valued at $3,000 EC. He is expected to appear in court soon.

    Waitress Slashes Tires, Causes Grievous Harm
    Juanita Mc Dowall, 41, of Green Hill, allegedly slashed four tires worth $1,980 EC and attacked a man with a knife. She pleaded not guilty and was granted $3,500 EC bail. The case was adjourned to October 10.

    Assault Case Dismissed
    Delex Jackson, 27, of Sion Hill, was charged with assaulting a 22-year-old woman. The matter was dismissed due to lack of prosecution.

    Bequia Labourers Charged with Drug Offences
    Two men from Bequia faced drug-related charges:

    Jason John, 39, was caught with 0.3g of cocaine. He pleaded guilty and was reprimanded and discharged.

    Mc Arthur Leach, 41, was found with 34.5g of cannabis. He pleaded not guilty and was granted $2,500 EC bail. The matter was adjourned to August 14.


    Technician Charged for Assault
    Comboiue Cottle, 39, of Rillan Hill, is accused of striking a 61-year-old woman with a stick. He pleaded not guilty and was granted $2,500 EC bail. The matter continues on October 20.

    The Police continue to urge citizens to settle disputes lawfully and remain vigilant in reporting crimes.
