Campden Park, St. Vincent – Police have arrested and charged 48-year-old truck driver Orlando Glasgow of Kingstown/Campden Park with the offence of assault, following an incident that occurred on June 12, 2025.
Investigations revealed that Glasgow allegedly struck a 68-year-old truck driver from Fair Hall on his left arm and the left side of his chest with an umbrella, causing actual bodily harm. The altercation reportedly took place in Campden Park.
Glasgow appeared before the Family Court, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge. His existing station bail conditions remain in effect. He has been ordered to report to the Questelles Police Station every Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to refrain from any contact with the complainant.
The matter has been adjourned and transferred to the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court, where it is scheduled to be heard on September 29, 2025.
