The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Bar Association is today, Wednesday, September 10, 2025, conducting a Free Legal Advice Clinic at HM Prison Kingstown from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Around 10 volunteer attorneys are participating in the initiative, which is expected to benefit at least 26 inmates. Most of these inmates are currently on remand without legal representation. The clinic is part of the Association’s ongoing effort to expand access to justice and ensure fair treatment for all.

The outreach comes as the Bar Association prepares to celebrate Law Week 2025, which runs from October 5th to 11th. Activities during the week will include a logo competition and a panel discussion, aimed at engaging the public and raising awareness about the role of law and justice in society.

Through both its community outreach and upcoming events, the Bar Association continues to highlight its commitment to service, advocacy, and strengthening the justice system in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
