Ratho Mill Resident Charged with Damage to Property

On September  29, 2025, police arrested and charged Lemar Morgan, a 25-year-old resident of Ratho Mill, with the offence of Damage to Property.
Investigations revealed that the accused, without lawful excuse, damaged one (1) wooden door valued at $260.00 ECC and one (1) lock valued at $55.00 ECC, total value $315.00 ECC, by pounding same with an unknown object, – the property of a 45-year-old Security Guard of Ratho Mill.
The offence was committed on September 28, 2025, in Ratho Mill. Morgan appeared before the Calliaqua Magistrate Court on September 30, 2025.The presiding Magistrate committed the accused to the Mental Health Center for two-weeks evaluation. The matter was adjourned to October 14, 2025, for report.
