Clear Harbor officially opened its new Associates Lounge and Game Room at
its site on September 26th, 2025, deepening its commitment to
staff health, wellness, and work-life balance.
The initiative follows the company’s launch of an in-house gym earlier this year
and reflects Clear Harbor’s continued investment in its employees. The lounge
provides a dedicated space for employees to rest, recharge, and connect with
    colleagues during their breaks.
Director of Operations, Celia Stoute, described the lounge as more than just a
recreational space, calling it a recognition of staff effort and resilience. She
emphasized that balance is not a luxury but a necessity, noting that “when
associates’ recharge and share moments of joy, they return to work stronger,
    more creative, and more connected.”
Human Resource Manager, Melinda Austrie, said the lounge was designed
with every associate in mind and is equipped with lounge furniture, televisions,
PlayStation consoles, board games, darts, and other amenities. She explained
that the goal is to build community and foster balance where both work and
    relaxation can thrive.

Clear Harbor Associate, Reginald Thomas welcomed the new facility,
highlighting Clear Harbor’s motto, “Clear Harbor Cares.” He noted that the
company is the only one in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines to offer both a
gym and a lounge for staff, calling the investment significant and meaningful
    for employee comfort and well-being.
Facilities Manager, K’More Edwards, encouraged associates to treat the
lounge with care and outlined guidelines for its use, including responsible
enjoyment of the space and its amenities.
The launch of the Lounge and Game Room was described as another step in
Clear Harbor’s ongoing promise to create a workplace that values people as
much as performance. With the gym promoting physical wellness and the
lounge supporting relaxation and connection, Clear Harbor continues to
demonstrate its commitment to caring, listening, showing empathy, acting, and
    reflecting every day.
